The data, which was collected through the analysis of 17 previous academic papers including measurements of 15,521 men from around the globe, allowed scientists to calculate averages and "draw" the estimated distribution of male sexual limb dimensions through our own evolution.
The scheme of the data is as follows:
-The average length of an erect penis is 13.12 centimetres.
-The average length of a flaccid penis is 9.16 centimetres.
-The average circumference perimeter of an erect penis is 11.66 centimeters.
-The average circumference perimeter of a flaccid penis is 9.31 centimeters.
According to the results, measurements which fall out of the average range are rare. Out of 100 men, only 5 have a penis that adds up to more than 16 centimetres. And on the opposite spectrum, the results are exactly the same: only 5 out of 100 have a penis that is less than 10 centimetres long.
The study, which has been published in the British Journal of Urology International, has also found a small correlation between the erection length of the penis and the height of the man.
