Albert Einstein's most famous quotes

The genius is primarily associated with the formula: E = mc2 which many call the most famous formula in the world.


Einstein moved to the United States at the time when the Nazi regime put a $5,000 bounty on his head. He even appeared in a German magazine that included a list of enemies of the state along with the phrase "He hasn't been hanged yet.


Did you know that in 1952, the state of Israel offered Albert Einstein the post of president, but he turned it down? These were his words:


"I am deeply moved by the offer of our State of Israel, and at the same time, I am saddened and ashamed that I cannot accept it. All my life I have dealt with objective matters, therefore I lack both the natural aptitude and the experience to deal with such a position properly and to exercise official functions. Therefore, I would also be an unsuitable candidate for this very important task... ".


On March 14, 1879, Albert Einstein was born in Ulm, Germany. He was chosen by Time magazine as the most important person of the 20th century. As a young employee at the Patent Office in Bern (Switzerland), he published his Special Theory of Relativity in 1905. And in 1916 he presented the General Theory of Relativity, in which he completely reformulated the concept of gravity. These are some of his most remembered quotes:
