The oldest species of which you have records of a sex organ similar to the penis is a marine creature called Colymbosathon ecplecticos (icky amazing large penis swimmer ealing). This is the oldest penis in the world. This crustacean was about 5 centimetres long, lived at sea about 425 million years ago and was discovered by scientists at the University of Leicester (UK) in 2003.

This peculiar fish is part of a family of small fish with the reproductive organs under the throat. It is the Phallostethus cuulong and was discovered in the delta of the Mekong River (China).

Both the female and the male have the reproductive organs in this area, in the head, and it is one of the few species that copulates face to face. This new species was detailed in the journal Zootaxa, specialised in zoological taxonomy.

As an extra curiosity, the blue-billed diving duck (Oxyura vittata) has a 30cm penis at rest and 45 cm erect,  almost the entire length of the animal.

Junk food and in general a diet based on trans fats and sugars, significantly reduce the sexual potency of man.
